How often do you exercise/workout in a week? Do you plan it ahead of time?

I do try and go for a walk everyday, even if it just to the end of our road and back.
I'm getting to the point of obese pregnancy but I still try to walk a mile or so a day. When not pregnant I work out everyday and take the weekends off for recreational workouts...like hiking, etc. I usually run daily and seperate upper and lower body workouts by the day. AND I usually just do my workouts when it's convenient...no real time frame selected.
i run 2.25 miles every morning with my 3 dogs :)
i do a bit of weight-lifting every day, && i walk EVERYWHERE.
i have PT (physical training) for at least an hour three days a week (since im in the Marine Corps) and i go to yoga (classes are 75 mins) at least twice a week.
Does sex count?

I go to the gym most days of the week and do as much as possible. In my spare time I play DDR, and walk around aimlessly. I am obese so I am REALLY trying to lose weight. Exercise is amazing for that, =P
At the moment not at all. I should start again...
i run about 5 days a week, warmup then stretch then workout then cooldown then stretch, it usually ends up being about 4-5 miles. some days i lift. i have a 3 week break in between seasons. i have the luxury of being on my school's cross country team, keeps me in shape =P
5-6 times a week... I used to run like 50 miles a week, so six days a week, but then screwed my knees up. Now I have to vary my workouts...I usually do a 3-4 mile run three days a week, a 6-7 mile run once a week, and then I'll throw in a some spinning or the elliptical, and I try to do weight training 2-3 times a week. Plus I go to a military academy, so we have different physical education classes we have to take(combatives/boxing, gymnastics, swimming, ice skating soon- yay- etc.) and running around in the woods around here.
I play field hockey, so I work out everyday. We run a mile everyday at practice just as a warm-up. Then we dribble the ball around our dinky field two times. Then we do countless drills, so by the end we probably ran maybe 10-11 miles total all practice, not to mention how much we run during a game, especially if the other team is really good. Twice a week we work out in the weight room, lifting weights : )
I'm getting exercise everyday lately. But my usual "pattern" is to exercise twice a week. I don't usually plan it out, I tend to do whatever I feel like doing those days.
Most frequently I practice with my swords and knives, as well as punches and kicks.
But other times I'll go for a walk, or a run, sometimes I'll do push-ups, stretching exercises, or tai chi.
Normally with my exercise weights tied to my wrists or ankles (I'm not sure what they're called, but they're these little leather bracelet like pouches with heavy beads in them).
...I LIKE a lot of different kinds of exercises, lol. But I'm pretty laid back about when I do it and why.
The only way I have a pattern at all, is that I prefer to do it twice a week and always after ten in the evening when everyone's asleep.

I try to work out at least 3 times a week! Usually I try to plan in advance because I'm working full time while going to school and it's hard to do anything not planned
I try to work out twice a day (AM & PM) but I am trying to lose weight. I also don't have anything else to do with my time besides work out and work.... so.... it works out.
Usually 3 or 4 times a week. Not often enough...
i work out anywhere from 1-3 times a week. running and biking with alternate intensity
At least 45 minutes of yoga twice a week in class at college, and if I'm feeling enthusiastic, I may add in another round at home.
And I don't know if it counts, but I walk to and from work four days a week!
I go to gym everyday and twice a day.
I try to work out at least 3 times a week. I'm not that great at it though. I do have some amazing looking ab muscles though...for some reason, it must be all that laughing I do.

I'm pretty sure it does, because it DOES burn a LOT of calories!! And that's what working out does for ya!
This is horrible, but I pretty much NEVER exercise ! Sometimes, I'll feel good, though, and do a lot of stretches, but never exercise. I have a bad heart mur-mur so I get tired really fast (no endurance). The only thing I miss about school is walking all over campus. I went to UT so it was a large campus with lots of hills and steps, and that was always my way of exercising because otherwise, I am here in front of my computer working. :/
My workout everyday consists of the walk from my dorm to my first class at 7 in the morning dodging cars and up a hill carrying a jansport back pack with my text books. Then of course there's the walk to the cafeteria which also consists of a hill and many stairs. And every Saturday when some drunk throws up in the elevator and the staircase is the best route.
not enough but my brother helps me out as much as he can...hoping to change that...
