- My skin is clearer.
- My arms are smaller.

I have a collarbone again.
- My ankles aren't swollen.
- My thighs are shrinking.
- What’s this? Cheekbones?!
- My chins are going away.
- My nails aren't chipping.
- I feel like I can function again.
- My small pants fit!
- (Husband swears that my boobs are getting bigger ... truth is, my waist is getting smaller!)
I guess that’s eleven, oh wells

I love being able to fit into all my clothes and look good. And that my boyfriend is happier.
I like the confidence boost best of all!
Not really good points for losing weight so much as trying to whip my tummy into shape; just generally being healthier.
8 things I love about getting into shape!:
Clearer skin.
More energy.
Healthier hair.
Kicks the depression.
Work-out stress busters = AMAZING ( I run a lot).
More creativity for projects.
Higher self esteem.
More motivated on daily tasks (less procrastination, really).
Can't really think of any more, but they're all very important reasons to get into better shape!

6. Who doesn't love a compliment?
7. Less embarrassing to have to weigh at the doctor's office

I'd love to lose weight to:
be a better christian witness
wear cuter clothes
have more energy
do all that i'm called to do
feel better about myself
find a great guy
improve my relationship with God
not pass down bad eating habits to my (future)children
live a longer life
not inherit diabetes and heart disease, which run in my family
It wasn't too hard to come up with 10.

I don't know if I can think of 10 on the spot, but here goes
1. More energy2. I can wear pants that make my butt look good :]3. Exercising and eating well helps with anxiety4. Losing weight influences others around me to do the same
I'll just do 10 things I love about being at a healthy weight instead:
1. My skin is clearer
2. My hair is not thinning
3. My thoughts are clearer and I am happier
4. I have more energy
5. My nails actually grow and my cuticles don't look like they were ravished by feral animals
6. I feel more confident
7. I don't focus on my weight, my calories, my clothing size
8. I don't have to buy children's sizes if I want something to fit without alterations
9. I look better in my clothes (even though part of me doesn't want to admit it)
10. I can eat without feeling guilty, disgusting, and/or burning 1000 calories on the treadmill (whether I ate that much or not)
sigh* i need to lose weight BADDD.. but i don't know where to starttttt :(...

I second your list. I like that weight loss picks up its own momentum like a stone rolling down a mountain and the more I lose the better I feel and the more energy I have to continue.

whats not to love? there is nothing good about being a lard arse- i should know!!
My 10 are like yours o_o
I want:
1. Bigger boobs - aka smaller waist
2. Collarbones
3. Thinner fingers (my ring is starting to get too small >.<)
4. No cheek jowls (Unfortunately when I become an old lady I think I will get them anyway)
5. Flatter tummy
6. Thinner upper arms
7. No back flab
8. Ability to fit into my small clothes
9. Healthier nails/hair
10. Less squishiness & more firmness (i.e. muscle tone)
