About me: I went to school to be a writer and even completed a culinary arts program many years ago. I do love to cook, and unfortunately I love to eat, so I try as much as I can to cook my favorite recipes in a healthful way. I have a fantastic partner and the best dogs in the world, Poopers and Connor. I will read just about anything, although I find fantasy, poetry, and classic American Literature to be by favorite genres.
