i've heard calcium and lots of omega 3 (fish) can help women be less moody, especially around that time of month.
I always feel better when I get some protein in me.
i am happy when i eat soup or hot chocolate or mac and cheese
I'm with the girl above. I can't live without my hot cocoa. It puts a smile on my face and calms me down everytime I drink it. I used to drink the low-fat/sugar kind, but I realized how truly tasteless it is. I decided it's worth the extra calories to be in chocoloate Heaven.
CHOCOLATE.
ICE CREAM.
CANDY.
COOKIES.
CAKE
ETC.
....anything that is sweet & sugary.
Chocolate for sure.
I know that if I get hungry then eating makes me feel better but as far as specific foods that lift my moods, basicaly anything that I like to eat whether it is sweets or not.
If i have friends go on a weekend vacation and start feeling lonely or anything like that, I get fast food late at night. It alwaysmakes me feel better in that situation. But it has to be late at night though.
By thinking of them or actually eating them?
whatever the person is craving! i get happy whenever i eat something i've been craving for a verrrrrrrrry lonnnng time.
Coffee. Hot milk. Ice cream!
comfort food can - for a minute or two, but not long term. I know lots of people that live by chocolate or ice cream... EEK!
apples and salad- if you think about it, binging on junk when you are sad just makes you feel fat, lethargic and guilty.
I feel better about myself after I've eaten something healthy... I guess it's more of a psychological thing, not really anything scientifically proven, but I feel like crap after I eat a lot of junk food.
I think that a person's favorite foods should perk them up. I often associate foods full of color with a better mood. Such as Neapolitan ice cream with colorful sprinkles or a salad with several different colored veggies. But as far as the typical, I think most sugary foods could cause a person to perk up. And soda, since soda has caffeine and all, but there's some people that it really affects and some people it doesn't.
chocolate does the trick.
I think it's any of your favorite food.
