If you were a superhero and didn’t need to eat to survive, would you still eat food? Why or why not?

Assuming the complications of weight gain, self image, body image, and occasional physical discomfort went away? That I would, because those are the only issues I have with food. (I'd still be vegetarian. Perhaps even a vegan if I were a superhero.)

i love food too much, especially if i was a superhero and i don't think i could give it up. hey, I'm a superhero, nobody is judging me, and i want to eat something. the only way i would not eat is if i gained weight and it slowed my powers down.

I guess that depends on how do I feel. Since I'm human and only know how human feel like when I'm hungry, I will eat when that time comes. I remember one time when I had my wisdom teeth coming out in the wrong place, I wasn't able to eat solid food for a whole week. The feeling of not able to chew my food drive my hunger satisfaction insane. So, the answer to our question is no. I will still eat unless being a super hero will take away the hunger.
could I still feel hunger? because yes I would eat if I felt hunger even if I didnt need it to survive. Assuming I couldnt feel hunger or crave food... then no of course I wouldnt eat.

Yes, every so often. But only when I really wanted it, and never that much. It's expensive!
i think i might at first but eventually it would fade away because i'd be too busy saving the world to find time to eat!

Well if the super hero gig came tricked out with the powers of mighty metabolism, I would eat, not for sustenance, but to savor certain flavors I miss: Thai basil, chocolate, brownies of ill repute. Sadly, the powers elude me. It's back to water loading and chopping my food into nano-particles.

Perosnally, I always thought superheros still ate. I never really got the idea that they didn't eat until now...
...but really, I would still eat. Just the other day, I told my friend that I was full, and she told me that I should eat anyways because you never know when eating will go out of style...

I wouldn't eat very much. I would just save the money. But there would be times that I would like to indulge in a nice pizza or other delicious food. :)
