No. Because we're all going to die anyways. *munches on carrots*
Kind of. I like to think so. I would be more so if I had more money and more time. :p
yes
I do consider myself a health conscious person- I try to balance what I eat and get sufficient excercise. And I'm in love with TEAS! I love different kinds of teas and drink it with every meal! :)
Yes, but not in the "diet and exercise" sort of way. I've got bigger problems than that. (I do eat very healthily, anyway.)
Ha! No, not really. I cut back on frozen foods and soda a while ago, but I ended up gaining a few pounds.
hahaha...a summary of my life as far as my health goes:
hockey, rowing, the gym, vanilla power bars, red or blue gatorade, cereals such as frosted flakes and cinnamon toast crunch, pizza, nachos, healthy salads, egg whites, lean protein, etc.
i'm far from a health nut, but i'm also far from being a lazy piece of shit. i do pay attention to the amount of calories going into my mouth.
No.
i'm starting to become more and more health concious.
not really* I eat whatever I like eating
like I go to McD once a month
& eat chips once a year
I am a total health nut. I'm trying very hard to be vegetarian (which isn't much of a problem because I rarely eat meat anyways) and I eat vegetables every day. Actually, now that I think about it, most of my diet consists of fruits and vegetables. I am a nutrition major though. : )
Wow, you know... I know every thing there is to know about weight loss, eating healthy, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle... but the trick is applying it to MY life, ha ha ha. Wheww, I suck.
I'm only health conscious when my survival instinct keeps me from walking in front of large moving objects, otherwise I'm eating those gross instant foods (single-serve pizzas with 750 calories per "meal") and rarely getting the exercise I need.
And yet, somehow, I'm still very thin.... Go figure o.O
I've taken nutrition classes and aerobic classes in college. I know exactly how to eat healthy and how to work out and stay in good shape. However, I have trouble actually convincing myself to follow my own advice. I go through phases of eating really healthy and eating a lot of fruits, veggies and whole grains, exercising every day and watching very little tv. Then, I'll go through a phase of fried foods, chocolate, beer and laziness. I'll blame it on stupid female hormones even though that's probably not it at all.
I'm health conscious in the areas of health that I've given higher priority to.
definitelty not i dont care what i eat only if its bitter than i wont eat it I'm too lazy thats why
No, lol!
