I would assume the morning?
during a meal. sometimes you stomach can be upset by the vitamins if taken alone.
you should never take them, unless they are real, plant derived vitamins.
Neither, Vitamin Supplements are a SCAM!!!
For most people, it is when you remember!
They dont do any good if you dont remember to take them!
It's best to take it right after breakfast. It's good to have a little food in your stomach before you take it.
I take mine right after breakfast.
I don't take vitamins.
wow,,you are health person
I take mine during meals, or RIGHT before or RIGHT after. The iron in the vitamin tends to cause upset stomach, so if you take it with food, it can help with that problem. :)
It depends on the vitamin. Some work better with food, some work better without. It's an absorption issue.
If you're really confused, instructions are probably on the bottle.
I think after eating breakfast.
Obviously after you eat something. I took vitamins by mistake before eating something and I puked them up everytime.
In the morning or early afternoon with food. If I take mine at night I can't sleep well.Â
I don't believe in vitamins. I believe in eating healthy food....gasp! Those nutrient packs from GNC just make me laugh and shake my head. Why are you spending $30 a month on that crap when you could spend $4 on tomatoes? Come on. Think.
Morning or afternoon with a meal is the best time. If you take them before sleep, the B vitamines in the multivatimes you are taking will make you hyper and it will be difficult to sleep.
Vitamines and supplements do work. Eating healthy works as well but sometimes you don't get all your nutrients from the food you eat. Many people don't like to eat certain things that have nutrients they might need, vitamines and supplements can provide these nutrients. For example, I hate celery and don't like a lot of seafood. Most people don't eat all kinds of food often and that's why vitamines and minerals exist.
Taking them at night is best. I take mine in the evening, after I have eaten most of the meals I will eat for the day. The fat you consume throughout the day helps the vitamins absorb, as well as the water and other liquids.
@DietWoes@xanga - $4 worth of tomatoes might not have everything you need. Plus some people have difficulty absorbing nutrients properly. I had a friend that I had to take tons of potassium just to get a minimum recommended dosage, because she didnt absorb most.
Along with that, urine and other bodily fluids get rid of some of the vitamins you take in through foods. A vitamin supplement isn't a scam, its just a supplement. Its not designed to take the place of healthy food, and they can really help.
just took a vitamin, feeling kinda dizzy....
might barf you better watch out and
just remember chuck noris
