Health authorities focused their efforts on the border town of Kakarbhitta in the Jhapa district, about 450 kilometres east of Kathmandu.

I have been sick more this year than I believe I ever have in my life. I used to get sick only once a year for 3 or 4 days. This year I was sick for almost 4 weeks straight!
