I'm female and I don't unless I was in a relationship with someone and we were planning on getting intimate later on. Otherwise, no.

My husband was in the Marine Corps for 5 years, and he always had a couple of Trojans in his back pocket. Not necessarily because he was hoping to get lucky, but because his Marine buddies weren't always that bright. He didn't want to see any miniMarines running around. Good sense, I think.
I took a page from his book and always kept condoms in my purse: I had no intention whatsoever of (insert euphemism here), but I have classmates in college who have different values. I'm not going to change their values, but I can help them stay safe.

i dont carry them around but i always have them in my room. not that i plan on having sex but you never know...in the heat of the moment. shit changes really quickly and as a woman I want to be responsible and protect myself.
I dont really agree with some who think men should be the one to always carry one and be responsible. it is your body too ladies and you should have just as much responsibility for it as your partner.

No. Carrying them around really isn't necessary (for me anyway) besides, too much heat; body heat, being in a purse, in a hot car, etc can ruin them anyhow. I try to be responsible and keep some at home.
i'm not sexually active, so no. but whenever i do (even if i am in a relationship) i'm sure i'll carry them. i'm allergic to latex, so if i want to be safe, i need to pack my own :)
