I eat oatmeal with whey protein, almond butter, and frozen blueberries everyday. Good slow digesting carbs, much needed protein, healthy fats, and yummy antioxidants. It's a great way to start the day!

an orange always wakes me up.
Usually fruit is really good, anything with healthy sugars works really well. Dried dates are a great snack on a long run.
green tea, or a cold water bottle with crystal light.
or like a really big salad with tofu and loads of good stuff.
