Taste. If I don't like how it tastes, I am not going to eat it. There are plenty of nutritious foods that I like how they taste.
Taste. If it doesn't taste good, I'm not going to eat it. If it's nutritious in addition to tasting great, then it's a solid 2-fer in my book.
Both :)
Nutrition when I'm at home because I can't cook well. So I might as well eat healthy!
But when I go out, everything should taste good, so I try to settle on something that is healthy yet tasty!
solely nutrition. i cant be bothered with taste.
TASTE.
of course nutritious with palatable taste.
taste duh
Taste first, but nutritious as a very close second.
It depends on what it is.
it has to taste good and be good for me. if its not tasty i wont touch it.
Nutrition, I guess. With as many food sensitivities as I have, I'd have problems if I went by taste alone.
Absolutely both. You can make something taste great and have it be very nutritious.
I'd have to go with nutrition probably, but so many things that are healthy taste delicious so I don't feel like I really choose between the two. I do tend to try and teach myself to like foods by just eating them until I get used to them if they are good for you. I've taught myself to like eggplant, mushrooms, and a few years ago I did tea which I am glad I did because I love it now. I've taught myself to like other foods, but those are the ones that pop into my head first.
A bit of both. I try to eat a healthy mixture of foods, but if that healthy mix doesn't taste good, its probably not getting eaten.
nutrition. i need to feed my body what it needs however i won't be eating anything that is disgusting.
Definitely both! I severely limit foods that don't score highly in both categories, and that still leaves a lot for me to eat.
Both. I'm not going to eat it if it tastes gnarly and I dont care HOW good for you it is.
Taste most of the time... lol.
nutrition. Hands down. I am ridiculously "scientific" regarding eating.Â
booooooooooth! i love deliciously healthy food! but sometimes i give into deliciously fattening/un-nutritious foods too. xP
thank goodness i think broccoli tastes good :)
nutrition.
I prefer have a healthy body. I'm even willing to sacrifice calories for nutrition.
Both, because nutritional food tastes good most of the time.
nutrition then taste :)
Taste. But I like eating healthy things more anyway, so I'm lucky. =]
