And I think I'm going to have to say it's a tie between flax seed and water for me.
Bok choy, oranges, grape juice.
fruits and veggies - plums, carrots, melon
Actually I eat healthy everyday, which is surprising for a teenager to do. I have at least 5 serving of fruits and veggies, whole grains, protein, and calcium :)
Strawberries, bananas, dried cranberries..
Spinach, lettuce, onions, apples, & a peach.
Ha, how does someone even answer this question? Is there a list somewhere that ranks fruits and veggies and whatnot by their health rating?
@LadyLibellule@xanga - I feel like you may be getting quite a few responses, but your question makes more sense. For me the unhealthiest thing I have eaten all week is probably a brownie cupcake (oh yes, brownie + cupcake, yum).
Healthiest: a dinner of chickpeas, kale, and rice.
Unhealthiest: a lunch at Wendy's.
lots of fruits =)
veggies..
Tuna, Peanut Butter, Oranges, an Apple, Stir Fry. But I did balance it out with some tots for lunch, had some homemade fries with supper, and a burger earlier this week...mmm...burger.
I eat healthy on a regular basis.
Umm... apples, salad (I eat salad most days of the week), fish... whole wheat bread. I don't really have a problem with eating healthy... my problem is eating TOO MUCH of it...

chicken Caesar salad without the dressing
Maybe it's because I eat healthy in general, but that seems like a really stupid question.
A 30 pound cheeseburger. With all the fixins.
I don't know. I eat healthy all the time. You'd do better to ask, "What's the unhealthiest food you've had all week?"
@Strangebrain@xanga - I second that.
Broccoli. Green beans. Banana. Apple. Tofu?
@LadyLibellule@xanga - I'd say... part of a beef enchilada.
Salad. ....includes carrot, broccoli, etc..
but shit. they were all stir fried! =\
Sashimi...I eat it every week. Eating healthy is part of my life.

and some sprouts too.
@LadyLibellule@xanga - totally.
