Depends on what time I go to bed at, I do try for a minimum of eight hours.
It varies. I get 7 because that's how many I'm supposed to have at my age.

Normally if theres school I'll go to sleep from 12-1. However if its just a normal night maybe 2. But when I go out, I stay out till 6 am at least. lol

I usually don't get to bed until very late and I wake early. I make an effort to get at least three hours of sleep a night. I need at least that to be able to function.
I almost always get 8 hours. I go to bed a little after 10 and get up a little after 6. I'm a teacher, I need my 8 hours or I'm cranky.
I have no idea what time I actually fall asleep, because my eyes are generally closed at that point.

schooldays - 10 - 1130 (wake up at 730) weekends - 1130 - 12am (wake up at 9 - 10ish) last night - 1 am xP (woke up at 10)
I would probably go to sleep around 10 or 11, but since my husband is deployed I have to stay up a little later so we can get a chance to talk because of the time difference. But I still usually get around 7 or 8 hours of sleep.
I can't really fall asleep until around 1 or sometimes 2AM. School messed up my sleeping hours because I have so much homework everynight =( I didn't fall asleep until around 2:30 last night and that was mostly because there were these idiots on my street fighting -_____-

I'm a college student. 5-7 hours of sleep a night on average. Sometimes 3, sometimes 10. I tend to sleep between 1am and 4am.

I try to sleep at midnight because I usually have to wake up at 8am every morning. I shoot for 8 hours a night. Sometimes I get less. I think 9 hours is my optimal amount of rest for proper brain and physical activity. I use both attributes a lot hahaha heavily active physically especially.
I usually fall asleep around 12:30... wake up around 7... so no, I don't get the recommended eight hours. And then I opt for taking a two to three hour nap when I get home from school. Not good!
