to eventually get laid
To relieve stress.
Which means I will be spending the rest of my life in the gym starting now. =_=
I haven't gone to work out in over a week, but I was going pretty consistent in the months before. I went because I wanted to first, lose weight, and then maintain. Now I can't seem to muster up the motivation to go to the gym any more. I think I'm burned out. I'm most likely bored of what I do; I just do cardio. I know, I should do strength training as well, but I'm a lazy ass.
I exercise for the weight loss, health benefits, adrenaline, endorphins and to keep my PCOS in check.
My biggest motivation is the happy, relaxed feeling I get after a good work out. Love it!
I don't :P
I exercise for fun my friends and I have a blast with our exercises, I also like the way it makes me feel.
To lose weight, tone up and be healthy. I feel gross if I don't work out for a few days.
i love the feeling during and after a hard work out:)
My number one reason: I want to be able to bound up a flight of stairs and not feel out of breath. I want to run to the catch the bus without stopping to catch my breath. I want to be able to lift heavy boxes when people need a helping hand instead of pitifully watching. I want to be stronger.
I want my body to be healthy and fit. I also love the endorphins. The rest of my day is always spectacular after a workout.
My motivation: being healthy and fit. Being stronger. Moving. I love to move but as a college student during finals week... well... it's not so easy. xD
On a site note, it'd be nice also to tone up and lose an eeeensy bit of fat.
to lose weight, to stay in shape, & for the feeling during and after working out. also... its fun! : D ahahah
It makes me feel better, and it helps me wake up in the morning. Also, it relieves stress, and living with 3-4 other girls, I have a lot of stress...
because i have nothing better to do on fridays at 11am.

just because it makes me feel like I accomplished something afterwards... weird but yeah lol.
It makes me feel better about myself and helps improve my self esteem. Plus, finishing a job makes you feel like you accomplished something.

I work out as a MAJOR form of stress relief. I NEED to work out. If I'm sluggish one day and I force myself to exercise, I feel so much better. With all the health benefits added to that, I think that this one anti-depressant that is going to keep me going for a long time!
To hopefully lose a couple of lbs.
I wont lie, looks is above health when it comes to going to the gym.
