It depends on the day.

Uh.....honestly, like, a 6. I try to eat vegetables but I really don't like their flavor all by themselves, so I'll have a really fattening pasta salad or coleslaw to go with my chicken or fish
i think around 8 .... at least. i eat food portion of the different categories, at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables, some carbs, different vegetable oils....
i'm doing great :)

My diet is too balanced. It's mostly made up of fruits and veggies. I know I don't get enough grains in my diet.
I'd have to say it's around ... 4?
Probably around a 9.
I'd say about a 9. I don't do that much with grains and carbs - I replace it with more meat and dairy. Mmmm - cheese.
hmm....about an 8 on good days and a 4 on bad days.

I'm a solid 4.5, averaging out a week....
I have good days but then I throw those off with a cheeseburger. Ah, yum.

Probably 7-9
I cook mostly with vegetables with a little meat.
I usually eat this with potato or noodles.
And usually have a breakfast cereal.
All round, probably pretty balanced.
Also, I find that if I don't like the taste of a veg, if I prepare it with spices, then I get used to the flavour!
Cauliflour, for example, used to be one of my least favourite foods. Now I cook with it at any opportunity!
So on balance, I generally eat possibly a little less meat, dairy and fats than I should.
Right now I'd go with an 8 or 9. I am getting better everyday, I just hope I can keep it up.

i like live on energy drinks and little unhealthy food throughout the day aha...
the lowest we can go is 1?
i'd say around a 1, i go days where i eat nothing but sugar
