How Many Times Do You Wash Your Hands Everyday?

or the past two months or so I've washed my hands 2-3 times an hour. Sometimes I get up at night to wash them once. That's about 45 times a day.

That's not bad, considering I've heard OCD patients may wash there hands often 100 or more times a day.

Who else washes their hands excessively? How many times do you wash your hands everyday?

I wash them maybe five times a day. After I use the restroom and before meals.

Whew! That's a lot of washing! I don't usually wash mine... Though I do use a lot of Germ-X.

Too many times to count really. When I wake up and go to bed. Before I go to bathroom and after. Before I touch food and after. After I've stroked my dogs or took them outside. After looking at a newspaper, I could go on and on lol

After using the bathroom and before eating, and usually after I get home because I ride my bike a lot (And I live in San Diego and don't particularly feel like contracting H1N1) Plus I carry hand sanitizer with me everywhere.

Too many to keep track of, after using the bathroom, before and after handling food or eating, during cleaning my place, after petting my animals, and at any point my hands feel dirty. I also carry and use Purell or Germ-X and anti-bacterial wipes and alcohol wipes.

every time i use the washroom or before i eat or cook
but when I work (im a nursing assistant) A LOT i have to wash them every time i come in contact with a patient+a few more times than that
lets just say i worked yesterday and i washed them so many times they got so dry my knuckle area starting bleeding:\

My goodness, where the hell do you find time to wash your hands 45 times a day? I wash my hands after I use the bathroom or when I eat and prepare meals. I would say about 10 times a day and even at that amount, it seems like I'm in the bathroom all the time.

Before I prepare food, after I use the bathroom, before I take out my contacts and occasionally throughout the day, depending on what I'm doing. I'd say 10 times on a typical day.
