Not really. I think I'm fine.
I go to the gym almost four days out of the week, just to get things off my mind, so I guess I get in shape there.
Round counts as a shape, right?

Trying to lose weight. My parents and I joined a pool for the summer and I don't wanna scare anyone away by wearing a bathing suit. :(
Let's see here. Get in shape so I can walk around with no shirt on and get burnt to a crisp. Ah Na!

Sure. I've been telling myself this for like two years. I lost sixty pounds and then I gained about 20 of it back. I am definitely trying to get back on track. I will do good for like a week. I'll lose about five pounds and then I'll gain it back.
Seriously. I am going to do a lot better. I have too much going for me. I want to be happy for myself. That's all the inspiration that I need..again.
I always want to be in shape, but honestly, I'm more concerned with just losing as much weight as possible. I haven't been exercising very much at all, but I've lost a lot of weight just by restricting moderately. I plan on exercising regularly, though, once the semester ends.

I need to get in shape DURING the summer season... totally will have to keep up some exercise regimen when I get back to school in August.

I had lost 40 huge Pounds, but went back to my stresssful, Not eating right, and no exercising life!
I used to eat a healthy meal, and felt great with 40 big Pounds out of me! I also walked in the mornings with my friends, around the park for about and hour or 2. it was fun, and felt awesome!
Until, college classes started again, and then I started eating, bulging so much! YUCK! I CANT BELIEVE IT!
Now, I have this pinched Nerve for the cause of my weight :/
My back hurts in everyway, and i am not even able to walk, but I do...I need some exercise :)
My goal is to lose those 40 pounds or even more! eat my food and protein shake! and eat less junk, and try not to skip my 3 healthy meals, because that is what made me bulge at night!

For all, and everyone from any country- I recomend for you to stay Healthy, and dont wait until the pain starts, like for me, I have this back problem because i did not take good care of myself :/

honestly, why do people do this? why not just stay in shape all year long? Then you don't find people (usually women) making a mad dash towards the latest weight loss supplement or health trend to lose weight... all so they'll look good in a swimsuit that they'll only get to use once because they spent all summer working. what's the point?!
I am trying to get in shape. While I am not over weight, i want to be able to do activities i used to do, like run miles, without feeling like death. So to the pool and gym I go!
