If someone offered you free plastic surgery to improve anything on your body, what would you improve?

Oh god. EVERYTHING!
My stomach, my thighs, my sides, my arms are so flabby, my back fat, I'd get my breasts reduced, my neck, I might make my nose smaller.

but then i figure my prominent chin is what makes me, me.
so I'll take the high road and say no to surgery.
because it makes me go ouch.

Nothing. If I have to make surgery, I would like to recover from my short-sighted !
In fact, all the things that I want to change on my body, I can do by myself with some efforts (making more sport, pay more attention to sun and what I eat...)

What if they botch it?
In no particular order...breast augmentation/lift, rhinoplasty, ear surgery, surgery to make my feet smaller, brow lift, cheek implant, chin implant, laser hair removal and maybe even some lipo, but then again I have body dsymorphic disorder
nothing. I'm perfect LOOLOL. Jokes. :)
Every place I don't want hair...that's pretty much it.

If I could afford it, and lived in a fairy-tale world where nothing ever goes wrong in surgeries... breast reduction to like a 32C, laser hair removal, and Lasik to fix my nearsightedness.
But we don't live in that world, so for now I'll pass, thanks.I've grown to love my flaws & features but maybe just a bit of help losing the last few stubborn pounds. If I can get works for life lipsuction on my middle with no complications then maybe. Other than that, I love me.
if it was free and they wouldn't mess up, I would want a nose job. because I hate my nose :_(

I want bigger boobs!
I'd love to remove the stretch marks. I'd remove any lose skin from my tummy area after I did as much as I could on my own through diet and exercise (my tummy will NEVER be flat and I'm sure of that). I like the idea of removing unwanted hair too, I hate shaving/waxing/etc.

cause I think that they're pretty huge
even though i'm a size zero/one, there is still some unnecessary fat there, even though i try to exercise them every day.they are gigantic in my eyes.
