8.. but its a diff thing abt actually living a heathly life and doing it all together.
9-10
i try to be as healthy as i can be but somethings that slice of chocolate cake is too hard to resist :P
I'd also say I'm at about a 9-10.
Depends what you mean by serious. Like serious as in do I go to the gym everyday and examine all the ingredients of what I eat? Then I'm proablly at like a 2 or 3.
But if you mean that I try to go for walks and not just eat donuts and fast food all the time and try to stay under 200 pounds? Then i'd say I'm at like a 8
8 going on 9
Probably about a 5. I snack a lot, which can be good or bad. I have made a lot of efforts the past week to eat less (using a salad plate instead of dinner plate) and drinking a lot of water/fruit juice/milk. I take my daughter for a walk everyday also. There is a lot more I could be doing, but it could be worse, so that's why I give myself a 5.
a seven. I don't exercise as much as I should and I am not obsessive about my food. I could make better choices, but I don't.
I'm gonna sayyyy... 3 or 4. o.O
definitely not on my list of priorities, sadly7.6.
I'd say a solid 5. I'm a walking contradiction. I lift 3-4 days a week, run 2-3 of my non lifting days, smoke a pack of cigarettes a day and eat whatever I want as long as it is within my daily caloric intake.
Define "healthy lifestyle" haha. I want to keep myself in shape, I want to have the adequate amount of vitamins, I want to be healthy; but I'm not going to give up the unhealthy things entirely. Every once in a while I'm going to get fast food or some weird frozen burrito.
I agree, it depends on what you define as serious? I would say a 10 would be all out - natural, organic, probably vegetarian because of all the things "wrong" with meat, etc, etc. I'm not anywhere near that. However, I try to eat more fiber, fruits and veggies, drink more water and eat less sweets. I also try to work out every day even if it's something quick. So I would say I'm about a 7.5 because I could do better, more fruits and veggies throughout the day, no coffee in the morning, run more daily, etc.
Um.. about a 4-5? I know I should eat better and my fiance makes sure we eat well, but if it were all up to me I'd probably weight like 300 pounds or be anorexic. No joke!
8 because I am not a health freak where I will only buy organic and eat healthy, fresh foods every single day but at the same time I DO feel extremely guilty for eating a piece of pie or cake and I rarely eat things that are very bad for me. I also haven't had fast food in almost a year.
Probably a 7. I don't excercise enough and I know for a fact that while I only eat healthy foods, I eat them all wrong.
I'd say a 10 on the food side and a 2 on the exercise side.
Seven.
I think... 6.5
I work out everyday.3 days per week to do cardio2 days to do weightsAll alternately.
But the reason why I lose the 3.5 points is because of my food intake.I eat too much chilis (cos i love it) and... full cream milk with cereals.
And at night, I eat like... oily food.. spicy tuna with chili etc. hahaAnd.. rice..... like.. heaps of rice. 5 BOWLS?!! lol
BOO!!
Seven.
On all these rate from 1-10 things they never determine whether 1 is the most or the least...
9 if 10 is the most.
It's a 6. I smoke and drink but don't do drugs but I balance them with supplements, kickboxing, gym and jogs.
9.. i sometimes cant resist certain sinful delicacies! xD
8 :)
I think I need a facebook quiz to answer this more right... :)
6.5 I guess. I eat a lot of oily food and heaps of rice...
9.5, you can always do everything plus more.
i'm a vegan, i take vitamins and supplements, I only eat organic food, and I make everything myself, so there's no questions. I work out daily, I'm a yogi, I'm training for the ironman competition... I dance five times a week, and I swim all the time. I use sun protection, and meet with a nutritionist biweekly, and I drink pomegranate juice every day, with my bowl of berries.
