When Exercising, What Are You Drinking?
When you exercise or do any kind of physical activity, do you drink water, sports drink or something else?

I only drink water.
1 part salt water, 4 parts water.
Lots of Water. Sometimes I will drink coffee before and during the breaks in between classes. Don't do that tho - it's a bad habit to develop.

drinking sports drinks is a no no for ppl exercising to lose weight, the body will only burn those carbs and not stored fat. They are great for long distance or body building etc, so, water for me.
Water, unsweetened tea and gatorade. Not all at the same time, lol. Emphasis on the water.
