What Motivates You?
(What moves you?)
One of my biggest motivators was kickboxing. Besides being one of the best workouts available, there is literally an endless plethora of fighter videos, most of which have some kind of Rocky-esc training montages. That always gets me off my butt and into the gym.
What about you guys? What moves you?

Being healthy and the fact that I find exercise extremely fun.
Currently, though, I have a specific goal in mind. I'm making sure I'm in exceptional shape for a 42 mile hiking trip I'll be taking soon. Going about 8-11 miles a day on rough terrain while carrying a 30-40 lb. pack is going to be quite the amazing challenge! I can't wait!
ahaha dr. phil def. does not motivate me at all!!
but what motivates me to stay in school and get my bachelors is that I will probably thank me in the future... haha.
Seeing the numbers drop. Also, Zumba. I've been taking Zumba classes once a week for a few weeks and it's so much fun. You work just about every muscle in your body by dancing. I feel like I've been at the gym for hours after I'm done a one hour class.
LMAO at the picture

Myself. I'm not really one to beat myself up over little things and try to stay positive and energized towards achieving my goals (which I did recently and will continue to see how much farther I can exceed it). Of course I do enjoy seeing/hearing other people's success stories and any outside support/praise that is given to me lol that never hurts ;)
Succcesssssss, lol.
& Music.

ballerinas, my cousins who are both flexible dancers, healthy icons eg milla jovovich and.. videos of kickboxing, martial arts, contorting and so on. ha.
Women motivate me, and the attention they give me as a result of my workouts further motivates me.
