No Excuses: Why Don't You Exercise More?
Think back. When was the last time you went to the gym or exercised? Is there a reason why you haven't gone back? (I'm lazy is not a legitimate excuse)

School. Being an art student, projects will consume your life for the semester. The most exercise per say during that time is just lifting wood and/or moving projects around.
aren't the reasons we don't exercise considered excuses anyway. whether they are legitimate or not
The last time I went to the gym was last week. I went out of town and I've been sick. BUT..when I was out of town, I went down to the fitness room at the hotel where I was staying, and I even went swimming. I walked a lot yesterday. That should count.
i started smoking pot.
The reason I don't exercise more, is cause if I exercised more than i already do, I'd be in there 7 days a week. I already do six days a week and that is more than sufficient thanks.
People's excuses bother me most times. I'm a college student, working a job on the side with excessive hours, completing an unpaid work term for school, completing papers/assignments/tests, preparing for graduation, volunteering, having a life and a boyfriend.. and still manage to work out daily. Have a busy day? Get up earlier.
I went yesterday...
I play sports alot (tennis, soccer, football) but when it's time to run or lifting weights, I'm just a procrastinator...
I'M LAZY
my knees got injured:[
cant even walk rite...
It's been...3 weeks. First, I got sick. Then I sprained my ankle my first day back to softball :(
I go there to swim pretty much everyday like clockwork at 3AM... but I prefer to do the rest of my workout as play time running, climbing, biking etc in the great ourdoors...

FINALS.
@noree_n@xanga - thats what i was gonna say :P
i really am lazy... XD
if i did any more, my family would start to get annoyed and worried. i try for every single day but when there's family time i didn't know about, well yeah it comes out rude when i ask to run or something. but they're getting used to it on some days. they understand it helps me with stress.
I went today! I go 6 days a week, for about 90 minutes or so...
yesterday...the pool is being cleaned atm so i can't go do laps or play around in it.
I ran about 2 miles Monday night around my neighborhood. Â I didn't do anything yesterday because it was rainy and my knees hurt from standing on concrete all day. Â Â
'Cause I don't want to. I get enough as it is.
There's not much I can do to exercise around here. I really I could though. I LOVE exercising! I never realized how much I love it until I couldn't do it.
nothing is a good excuse. i go to the gym 5 days a week, sometimes multiple times per day, and the days I don't go, i exercise at my "home gym"
I really don't want to exercise more because I all ready exercise 30-60 minutes a day. Â Why don't I exercise right now, because I strained a muscle in my hip and am back down to 5-10 minutes a day as the pain allows. lol. Â There's my excuse
I exercise at least 5 days a week. Â Yesterday, I did 20 minutes of yoga followed by a 3 mile run outside in the beautiful sunshine. Â I haven't gotten around to exercising today yet, but I plan on doing about an hour of yoga and/or maybe some cycling.
I guess I could exercise more, but then I'd risk injury.
I have health issues. I get dizzy a lot. On the days I feel good, I definetely exercise. When I don't, I just can't do it. Sometimes it can last for a week or two in a row so it really sucks cause I DO love exercising.
