Eh, I'm not a good swimmer, partially due to too much muscle to fat ratio on my body (so I can't float). I do a lot of push-ups though, and they really do build the chest area. Crunches are great for your abs, too. But I don't have the "man boobs" problem.

And it's great to see that someone finally mentions Tom Venuto's e-book, Burn the fat. That is probably one of the most important books you have to sit down with and tear through in your lifetime.

you can't do target weight loss aka do crunches to lose fat on your stomach and work your chest to lose fat there, but i think everyone knows that by now.
As far as there is nobody I know who has this problem.
My ex has man boobs. Never really bothered me all that much.
Haha. I know a lot of guys who have man boobs. My brother is one of the participants and it cracks me up. He doesn't try to do anything about it, so it just makes it even worse.
