    Looking for a summer drink? Diabetic? Well we've got a few drinks in mind that might help quench your thirst without all the sugar and calories.

    Water, Water, Water

    Of course water is the best option, but if you don't like plain water, try these great flavored waters as alternatives.

    • Special K Protein Water: 5 flavors, contains fiber, 5 grams of protein, 50 calories per 16-ounce serving

    A little sweetness
    • Diet Cheerwine (a southern favorite): sparkling cherry taste, 0 calories
    • Snapple Tea Drinks: exotic flavors like Diet Mango Green Tea, 0 calories (contains caffeine)
