I Don't Drink Enough Water
I HATE drinking water.
Drinking water means that in 30 minutes, I'm going to have to get up and relieve myself. Drinking water means I can't jump around or do anything that makes me dizzy for half an hour but most of all it's the peeing. To drink the amount of water I'm supposed to be drinking in a day, I would be using the restroom atleast 5 times a day. 5 times. But then my kidneys start hurting, and they hurt bad... Then I have to drink water, right? But I don't want to, I hate having to get up and pee all the time. Especially when I'm working out, and I have to stop to pee...Does anyone else have this problem?

That is the number one problem I have with drinking water. But you gotta do it. :/ It's one of the many reasons I don't drink enough water. I 100% agree with you.
I do managed somehow to drink the recommended litres of water per day, but I have half tap water and half mineral water.
Um.. I drink enough water, and I don't pee that much per day. If your body gets used to the proper amount it is supposed to have, you don't have this problem. It has to have the chance to get used to it at first, that's all.
I love to drink water :) I drink a lot of it, especially during the summer. If I don't my feet will swell... not sure if not drinking enough water is the reason for my feet doing that, but pretty sure. It makes it very uncomfortable to walk around if they do swell.
no but maybe you should work on holding in your pee in more. but then again if you drink lots of water, you pee out all the shit in your system when you're sick and that's good. it's like masturbating to make your penis bigger or drinking more to improve your alcohol tolerance.
@snapeful@xanga - where did you heard such myth about masturbating to make penis bigger?! lol
But it is true, your body have it's own system when you have different amount of water intake. Just make sure you're not taking a HUGE amount of water at once.
I like drinking fluids that "contain" water. Watermelon, juice, etc. I've developed a habit of drinking a lot. (Milk, juice, pop (bad), water, etc) I go the washroom often, but I mean at least drinking fluids do help you in the long run, even if it means going to the washroom often. I was watching the Tour de France earlier on and I saw these racers just constantly drinking water throughout their 4-5 hour race. I don't think they ever had a washroom break each day of racing. Very fishy if you ask me lol.
@Neowind@xanga - psh you know it's true lmao
I don't drink enough water either... I manage to put my mind to it and actually drink enough water for maybe two or three days and then I just... forget. Not good, not good. I need to like have a big jug of water by my desk.
i don't drink that much water either and i still have to pee all the time, its annoying.
People don't need nearly as much water as they think they do. That "8 glasses a day" includes water that comes from the food you eat. If you don't have any signs of dehydration- you're fine.
No, because if I don't drink enough water throughout the day, then my workout ends up being crap.
YES ME TOO! i hate it when im sleeping in my bed and i have to go to the bathroom!! i hate getting up to go pee. and my doctor said i dont drink enough water because he can tell from the report... he scared the shit of me. he said there's like little crystals in my kidney and if i dun drink enough water im going to have kidney stones!!! so from then on i bring a bottle of water to school.
so start drinking water now before ur going to suffer the pain..
My hubby is the same way. I guess if you get water from other sources, that should be okay. I have a huge bladder (confirmed when I went in for my ultrasound during my pregnancy with my 2nd daughter), so I have no problem. I love water.
wow, you have a stupid reason for not drinking water...
have fun with potential kidney stones! :D
always, i drink sooooo much water. all the peeing is pretty inconvenient =/ but it keeps me less hungry and our bodies NEED it so it's a small price
i have the same problem i pee like a pregnant woman when i drink water all day
just drink water when you're thirsty (i do), you're supposed to do that anyways. dont have to drink 8+ glasses everyday, you'll get water poison.
I drink a LOT of water, but I don't pee that much *shrug*
When reading this, I thought you might have some peeing-problem or something. LOL

Yea.. water is water n has no flavor, I like my stuff sweet! =)
I love water. I drink way more than the recommended amount of water. I feel sick if I don't
Not drinking water because you don't want to stop doing whatever it is at the moment, to go and pee is a very dumb reason. If you're one to hold it, that's hurting your body too. Drinking water is good for you in more ways than one. Prevents kidney stones, helps prevent bad breath..your body needs water to operate in the correct way.
If you're so worried about having to stop your workout just to relieve yourself, you've got a bit of a problem.
I pee a lot.
The pros outweigh the cons. The average person pees about 8 times a day. Big deal. Better than suffering the consequences of dehydration.
@opticalminds@xanga - @d0llh0use@xanga - I never ever get thirsty, I always get dehydrated though, and I don't even notice >.> one time I just went for a doctor visit and she had to admit me to the hospital because I was so dehydrated, but I didn't feel bad at all. I know I should drink more water but I feel like I have the bladder of a 5 year old
