    I got two questions

How many portions of fruit and vegetable do you eat per day,  do you always aim for the minimum suggested?

Do you used any devises to see how many steps you walk each day?

I have a question. My friends and I were debating that

Should we count the fat or the calories we consume a day? Which one is more important. Because I tend to eat whatever that has no fat or less than 2-3g of fat no matter the calories is, and she is the type of girl that would eat ice-cream and cheese as long as her total consumed calories is under 1200-1500.

Please don't give me response like, "you should always count both." What I meant more is, which one is more important to your diet?

    Thank you!

@RoastedMarshmallow@xanga - i read on a website that counting calories is much more important. don't pay much attention the fat content, just saturated and trans fats, since unsaturated fat is a neccessary part of your diet. as long as you are eating a healthy diet of 2000 calories (more or less depending on your size, lifestyle, and if you are trying to lose/gain weight) fat calories/fat grams don't matter much.

sorry if you wanted an answer from healthkicker, i'm sure they'll give you one too but i hope i helped.

    I got a question.

I've always heard that if you have an upset stomach you should drink a 7-Up, I was wondering if there is any mecidal truths to this.
