Do You Keep Your Diet on Weekends?
When you're on a diet, do you stick with your exercise and eating routine on weekends? If you do, what advice can you give to other party-goers who are also dieting?

Stop partying.
this weekend i will not be keeping up with my diet, because my boyfriend and i are officially celebrating our 1 year anniversary and i'm going to cook for us. typically though, i do keep up with my diet on weekends.
@Dare2BDiferentt@xanga - I second that.
Nope. I never keep it on the weekend. It sucks. I fail.
hum.. Stop partying ? or just have volonty ^^ If you go on a diet, you go on a diet. That's the only thing to do...
I'm not particularly going on a diet, but it's "diet "all my life so...
it's pointless to diet on the weekdays just to gain it back on the weekend.
Mhm. I'm always eating healthy and exercising every day of my life. The advice ?...
Well, don't party. That's for one. ahaha I just tell myself that if I eat healthy, then I will feel better and more energized throughout the day. I won't get that sugar crash later on because well duh, you won't be eating sugar ;P Pep talks and encouraging words !
I also just have a habit of eating healthy foods because I know that's what I want to eat.
I eat healthy 7 days a week. On occassion I'll eat pizza but that isn't determined by it being a weekend or not. As far as party-ers go...you only live once. So I wont knock them.
Hell i don't keep up my diets on weekday XD
I'm not really on a "diet" but on the weekends, I definitely eat a lot more and unhealthier than I usually do. It's because of the darn Saturday brunches and people who come to visit me and I go out to eat at restaurants. Yummy Chicago food!
@Dare2BDiferentt@xanga - Lol. I third this.
well, i don't believe in "dieting". i've changed my lifestyle to a healthier one. i definitely splurge on occasion, but since i don't party it's not necessarily weekends...just whenever i go out to dinner and whatnot.
I eat pretty much the same types of foods every day.
I keep my diet fucking 24-7. Have to, I'm a dancer. (not that kind... )
I give myself a little bit of slack on Fridays, but that's it. If anything, I work out more on the weekends because there's less homework. :P
I actually do better food-wise on the weekends sometimes whereas exercise tends to be better during the week. But I suppose one shouldn't exercise EVERYDAY anyway :/
I dont, i give it a bit of slack which growss :S
Ugh, I try and stick to eating good on the weekends but more often than not I mess up. Ugh! I need more self control.
Alright so, the reason that dieting never
works is because people feel so guilty when they cheat. Dieting does
not work if every time you mess up you feel like crap about yourself.
Ask any doctor... it's okay to have a cheat day or a cheat meal. This
being said, of course you don't want to go crazy, but, for example, I
have lost twenty pounds in the last month, and every sunday I don't
watch the types of things I eat... Just the portions. Knowing that your
weekend cheat is coming helps you have the strength to continue to diet
throughout the week.
no >.<!!!! it's so hard.
I always have my weekly cheat on saturday, but other than that I try to stick to it as much as possible.
@Dare2BDiferentt@xanga - Agreed.
I generally take a cheat day. However, it normally involves me a treat of a beer and a dinner out, usually a steamed veggies/beef platter at the local chinese followed by steamed dumplings.
I stick to my diet all week and weekend.. however, if one or two days out of the month i want to slip under the radar.. i do.. and i don't beat myself up about it. Dieting to me is all about feeling good about myself.. so why would i stress about following the rules 24/7? I mean come on, if i am happy, thats all that matters (: haha
My weekends: O NOM NOM NOM
