How Do You Stay Active on Weekends?
When all you want to do is relax on your weekend, how do you motivate yourself to stay active, or hit the gym?

If anything I work out more on weekends - run + weightroom on sat, long run on sun (either that or a road race - my road races are longer than my XC & track races)
ooo not active at all. I actually study. walking to the library as active as I'll get on weekends.
I only ever have enough time on the weekends, so it's not a problem.
My sister and I went jogging around the lake by our house and after we went to play tennis. We typically do this on Sundays when we get off work :)
Truth be told, Weekends are my most brutal days.
I do full Upper Body Compound for about 1.5 hours on Saturday, haul cargo around for 2 hours, and then spend another 3 hours in the Muay Thai gym.
Sunday, I do a 45 minute mountain run, 1.5 hours of Lower Body Pylometrics, then lift and move about 4500lbs of cargo in 100 pound bags by hand, then spend another 2 hours at night at Shooto doing fighting and conditioning drills.
I actually enjoy these days the most, and look forward to it through the week. I LOVE doing full Upper Body Compound Power Lifts. I feel like I can knock out an Ox when I'm done.
I go to the gym for three hours on Saturday. I do Pilates and Body Balance for two hours, then cardio and weights for an hour.
I actually work out more on Saturday than during the week.
I take walks on Saturdays sometimes, but usually I just brush up on my sleeping skills.
I run MWF, so most weekends I study or veg out.
I go rollerskating!

i hit the gym in the morning on saturdays and in the evening on sundays.
I try to remember to at least keep moving (this weekend I was painting a lot, so that was good lol). I don't workout as long and hard as I do on the weekdays, but I try to get something in at least. :P
Weekends are my only time to work out. I don't normally since getting this new job where I commute 3+ hours a day. But my boyfriend and I usually go for a walk in the evening which gives me a time to relax, walk off steam, and just talk :)

Anyways, all weekend I work 20-25 hours waitressing...I rarely eat since I'm always busy..and then I go home...and party afterwards - but I stopped drinking...so dancing is a fun exercise if you must say..
And on the weekdays..I do aerobics/gym....and more dancing..=)
@immaairheadxl@xanga - Haha really though, it's half dedication because it's just what we have to do; and half being f'n insane because I actually enjoy pushing it that hard. ;)
Dancing is actually a really really good workout, I think. Especially the freakier you go, the better it is. I think I said, either in this post or another healthkicker one, that the Stripper Pole is one of the best pieces of workout equipment a person can have.

These are some of the reasons researchers found that people engage in sex. Two
clinical psychology professors at the University of Texas conducted a study,
published in the August issue of the Archives of Sexual Behaviour, to find out
people’s top reasons for having sex.
Professors Cindy Meston and David Buss performed their study in two parts.
First they asked 444 people, from age 17 to 52, to give "all the reasons
you can think of why you, or someone you have known, has engaged in sexual
intercourse in the past." This netted them 715 reasons, which they
narrowed down (after removing duplicate answers) to 237.
