    Okay so im a recovered anorexic and bulimic i still have alot of thoughts on those two and sometimes i binge eat or not eat enough its hard breaking a cycle you know after i recovered i gained 20kg and that shattered my life so i have done many other diets to lose the weight and get down to a comfortable weight obviously not as low as i was when i had my ED the question i have is i just finished a detox and i have to start a meal plan now not to gain the weight back but also be healthy i don't want to diet i want a lifestyle change that's healthy and filling but i don't know where to start use could to a post of an example healthy meal plan id say somewhere round 1,500 calories? im aiming to get to 50kg im like 53 at the moment but i want to do it healthy any always end up eating to much or not enough!
