    Midnight Snacks: Do You Indulge?




    Many people reach for a piece of chocolate or some ice cream when they get that midnight snack craving. However, it's well-known that consistantly eating junk food before bed can lead to weight gain.

    When you get a midnight craving, what do you reach for? Pick a letter and comment below!

    a) Something healthy - no reason to break my diet!
    b) I indulge a little - something small and sweet.
    c) Midnight snacks are for the weak! I never give in to this temptation.
