LOL I was hoping this post would LIST them instead of asking about them. =oD I've been looking for some myself for years. haha.
jogging and watching what you eat! 20% workout, 80% diet!
Green tea, meditation, cutting out soda and processed foods.

I count calories careful not to turn it into a numbers game (which it was over the summer.. i ate 300 a day for a while... but now I make sure I hit AT LEAST 900) -i'm 5'0
Stay away from those liquid calories!
the gym is my best friend.
And be careful about dairy products, nuts, and other "health foods" - they can be quite good for you, but in moderation. Things like granola can be deceptively "healthy" but jacked up in sugar and calories.
And exercise, of course
Or if not, just MOVE during the day - walk somewhere, do some cleaning, have sex, SOMETHING.
