Eat this to keep away those wrinkles!
According to a recent study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, women over age 40 who consumed greater amounts of vitamin C were 11% less likely to develop wrinkles. Have an orange or grapefruit each day to keep the wrinkles away (Source from Prevention magazine).
