    In a message from ifweloved_quotes@xanga, Healthkicker has learned about a fun and exciting website called 43 Things.

    43 Things (here) is a website where people can create (free) accounts and track a list of their goals. While this site may have been created in attempts to excite people to create lifestyle goals (like bungee jumping or buying their first place), we think that this site would be great for anyone who has multiple health-related goals!

    Not sure what kind of health-related goals we're talking about? Here's just a few ideas!

    • Being able to bench press 100 pounds
    • Learning how to make an all-Vegan meal
    • Losing those last five pounds
    • Running a mile race in under 10 minutes
    • Learning more about healthy self-image
    • Investing some time into a group activity to boost mental health
