It's strange.  I know all these but when I go shopping sometimes I feel like an idiot standing there trying to figure out which ones I should buy.

I need to get a blender now!

I spend so much time at the store because I always have to read the nutrition labels first. It's so annoying how food companies sneak in unhealthy ingredients despite the health claims on the front of the product. Watch out for high fiber foods with inulin in the ingredients. It's a fiber that does absolutely nothing healthy for you, but we think the food is healthy because it has a high fiber content.

    - Buy Olive Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil & Hempseed Oil not canola or sunflower, etc...
    - Buy Sugar Free Gum
    - Make Sure To Look At ALL LABELS!! Even the labels of vegetables because added ingredients could be put in! AKA: Tomato Sauces & Canned Vegetables! (Oh and same goes for canned proteins)
    - Sparkling Water is great... but look at the label because there could be unnecessary ingredients too!
    - Sugar Free Heinz Ketchup tastes JUST like the real thing, WITHOUT high fructose corn syrup!
    - Wild Salmon over Farmed!
    - Grass-fed Red Meats over Grain-Finished.
    - Buy Omega-3 Enriched Eggs
