Healthy Tip Of The Day!
"Can't concentrate? How about drinking tea?"
If you’re having a hard time focusing, try drinking caffeinated tea. Studies show “black, green, and oolong leaves contain the amino acid theanine, which, when repaired with caffeine, boosts neural activity and concentration.” For the best results, try drinking three cups of tea per day (Source form Prevention magazine).
What's your favorite tea? How much do you drink per day?

i drink a lot of lemon tea.
but when you say normal tea...i always go for green. :D
i drink green tea all the time since my mum loves it.. i hardly even drink water at home at all.
i have a cup of milky english tea at least once a day, mMmm. xP
but if i drink too much on school days, it keeps me awake at night, and i have to say, i hate not being able to sleep, especially when you know you have to get up early the next morning.
Pretty much anything by Republic of Tea -- even their black teas are good, and I don't normally care for black tea. I prefer green, white and oolong, and the various flavor combinations that go with them. Herbal tea is decent, too.
I very rarely drink anything caffeinated, and tea is my one exception. I drink it perhaps 10-15 times a year, usually to ease a sore throat or gas, or if I'm offered it at dinner at someone else's house. Sometimes I'll just drink hot water with a cinnamon stick, a chunk of ginger and some honey in it.
Black tea and green tea are both too acidic. Try a white tea.
I have been trying to drink more tea and less coffee lately. I love ginger peach tea and peppermint tea. They are both great digestion aids.
orange pea-coat, double double.. LOL i have a large, daily at Timmies. when i go out to a nicer place though, i prefer logan tea with ginger.. mmmm
I like lemon, green or raspberry.
Hot tea makes me really nauseous for some reason. I can have most other acidic foods and beverages, but I can't drink hot tea.
I love chai tea (home-made, that is), black tea, and various herbal teas. Black tea is GREAT with milk and honey, and the milk balances out the acidity so you can have it without feeling nauseous, that is if you are sensitive to teas.
I drink Green Tea Lattes at Border's when I study during happy hour (3-5pm)... does that count? :D
Tea is awesome. I don't drink much though. I stick to plain water almost all day haha
I'll go for almost any kind of tea, but Teavana stores have my favorites. I typically have one mug every morning, but don't usually go for any later on.
that is the best excuse for drinking tea that I have ever heard.
