With Halloween just around the corner, it’s hard to completely resist all those sugary temptations. But don’t worry, here’s a quick trick to scare off your sweet tooth. All you have to do is put those chocolates in the freezer—“they’ll be out of temptation’s way, and frozen candy takes longer to eat.” (Source from Women’s Health Magazine)

Some reason I no longer crave sweets, I remember I always used to my entire life, once in a while I have a craving for juice or candy and ends up buying a bottle of vitamin water or something. I think now that I'm being really strict about my money uses, I no longer buy fast food or gum and juices and just have been going cold turkey on sweets. Like last week my cousin's birthday, just one bite of cake and I immediately thought "too much frosting, not enough cake" xD
