Healthy Tip Of The Day!
Need something to relieve your stress?
An hour of Yoga might help you relieve stress; however, short and high-intensity workouts might be even better. According to research, short and intense workouts have “a greater effect on stress than slower-paced exercise does.” So next time you’re stressed out, try a high-intensity workout—either on a treadmill, elliptical, spinning, or anything that’ll get your heart rate up.
What’s your strategy for dealing with stress?

Yoga can be high-intensity, too. Just depends on the kind.
I just punch something out.
Or... chill in a dark room with music and wine. And the occasional waltzing.
@tigerdauphin@xanga - I always lie down and do some deep breathing. But wine and music seems like a good plan.
@Bodhiseeker@xanga - surprisingly, I calm down fast when it's dark with some gentle waltzing music playing.
I would try deep breathing but I'm too impatient for it LOL.
exercise! woot =D love it
stress? depends i suppose. if its anger screaming helps or if its regular life stress like work or some junk i go to sleep.
I don't know about you. I have been doing exercise to relieve my stress and it is working fine.

Running always calms me down...
Just finding someone to talk to always helps me feel better. Preferably someone that I know won't get impatient listening to me vent along the way haha!
