    To many of you, this time of the year can be both full of excitement and stress. However, excess stress isn’t good for your health. So here’s a quick tip you can try to calm yourself down whenever you’re feeling anxious or stressed.

    "Try smelling an orange and/or lavender fragrance!"

    According to an Austrian study, the smell of oranges and lavender helped people feel less anxious, more positive, and calmer when compared to people who were exposed to no fragrance at all.

    You can either add a few drops of oil to a room diffuser or buy candles and use it in your home or office to lessen your stress. (Source from Prevention Magazine).
