Fit Into Your Skinny Jeans!
If you are trying to fit into your skinny jeans, try eating foods that are high in potassium. According to Cosmo Magazine, “potassium helps flush out excess fluid from your body.” Here are some potassium-rich foods:

Potatoes?? haha, yea okay. Maybe the small ones ever so often. Same thing goes for bananas. Everything else is def. skinny jean material though.

I just recently was able to finally fit into my skinny jeans! I started including a lot of these foods listed in my diet and it worked out pretty well. Didn't realize potassium was so helpful though.
doesn't broccoli make you gain wait/get bloated? And I can't see how potatoes fit into this list... It may flush excess fluids out, but all the starch/carbs it contains sort of defeats the purpose right?

I love all those foods, but especially bananas.
I'm a raw foodist, all of those foods are staples in my diet. Besides, this food is what we're all supposed to eat. If everybody stopped eating super-processed fast-food and drinking chemicals like soda we would all be able to fit into our skinny jeans
what happens if you cant fit into your jeans b/c your calves are too big from exercise?

NO. Just.. NO.
Potassium has nothing to do with fitting into skinny jeans, or flushing anything out of your body. Potassium is needed in the body for cells to function and aids in the building of muscle tissue. Yes, it may help speed up metabolism, but it doesnt make you lose weight.
You might as well say "eat a balanced diet and your health may improve". No shit shirlock.
