cut back on the salt, and drink even more water, because the more you drink, the less you retain (tried and true)!
@rarareplica@xanga - tried, true and medically recommended by every sane Dr. with a valid license.
@rarareplica@xanga - Exactly. That's really it.
As someone just mentioned - Just drink tons of water and your body will pee it out.. You'll have to go a lot at first as your body adjusts to the sudden intake of water. Your body retains water when you intake a lot of sodium or do not drink a enough water, so it will hold onto water because it isn't expecting to receive too much.. Once you start drinking a bunch of water, you'll have to pee like a horse but after a couple days, you won't have to go as often but just keep up the increased intake of water and you won't bloat (and keep sodium intake low).
dont drink water too close to your bedtime
you'll wake up nice and bloated :(Also you need to mention if you are taking medication. If it doesn't go away and you noticed that while on medication or experiencing weird heartbeats, chest pain and shortness of breath on the long term. I suggest seeing a doctor. It might be nothing but it could be edema from medications or problems with the pumping with the heart.
The question was too vague.
how do you know its water and not fat?
