
Just because my mind concocts the most random ideas, I had one this morning, to make a list of healthy foods from A to Z. After filling in a decent amount, I decided to cheat and did a Google search, where I found
this list. Unfortunately the list was missing certain healthy foods, I guess they are not considered among the "healthiest." But I continued to fill in where I could for a more complete list. And here it is:

i believe no food is bad for you as long as you have everything in moderation. too much of anything is bad.
soy sauce is healthy?
Xanthan gum is used as a thickening agent, so it could be considered healthier than using a roux (flour and butter) and I think it's used as a substitute for people with gluten allergies.
Plus, you forgot iceberg lettuce :P

iceberg lettuce...not actually healthy, but not unhealthy. barely any nutrients, really. low in calories which i guess is good, but calories aren't actually unhealthy for you...
I mean, it's better than yucky fried stuff and all, but you can get a LOTTT more vitamins from other greens.
needs more k foods. i need something besides those 3.
