4 GREAT Ways to Squat
A squat is a great way to tighten everything in the lower half of your body. It helps to keep your core toned as well, of course if you are doing them properly. But doing squats can get really boring and if you lose focus it is an easy exercise to do wrong immediately without the focus.
Try using weight to add difficulty to your squats. Check out these variations on a regular squat to enhance your workouts!

I think being able to do squats is good to do. Your body will get so much from it. You have to be very careful with it.
