World's Cutest Peep Show!
Have no fear, this peep show is definitely suitable for work.
I know we're all about supporting healthy lifestyles at Healthkicker, but with Easter coming up, some of us may be indulging in chocolate bunnies and other sugary treats. So what better time than now to talk about the Washington Post's annual "Peeps Show" contest for those who can come up with the most creative diorama scene featuring the marshmallowy bunny and chick shaped treats. Pictured above is last year's sweet winner which recreated a scene from the tearjerker Up.
What could possibly top that?
The winner of this year's contest was the Peep-enactment of the rescue of the 33 Chilean miners who were trapped underground last year. The creators provided a heartwarming moment, showing one of the miners being introduced to his baby chick for the first time and an awkward moment: one Peep was surprisingly greeted by his wife and his mistress.
The time and effort that goes into making these scenes is truly amazing and the results are pretty hilarious. Check out some of the finalists:
