As much as I like eating healthy, I've got enough of a sweet tooth to make skipping dessert a problem. A really, really big problem. But thankfully, over the years I've found some super delicious, super easy, and super healthy desserts that never fail to satisfy!
Chocolate and strawberries. I never get tired of this flavor combination! The tart berries and sweet chocolate... ahh, heaven. I melt a handful of chocolate chips in the microwave and go to town. Dee-lish!
Peanut butter and chocolate. Om nom nom. It's like a Reese's peanut butter cup, but melted. And better. I throw a couple of spoonfuls of peanut butter and a handful of chocolate chips into a bowl, microwave, stir, and eat. Ugh, I'm drooling just thinking about it.
Baked fruit. Every Tuesday before I went to college, my mom and I would chow down on this dessert while we watched The Biggest Loser. Apples, pears, and peaches with cinnamon? It may be entirely fruit, but you cannot tell me this is not dessert!
