The holidays are around the corner and that means one thing--FOOD! Yes, it is only September, but let's be real here: after Labor Day retailers start pushing Halloween costumes, Thanksgiving menus and Christmas trees.
I can't speak for all of you, but I know that I tend to eat a lot during the second half of the year. I don't think twice about ordering a high-calorie coffee beverage or munching on snacks. I also step up my baking, cooking, dining out and party-hosting. It's just that time of the year.
