  • How Can You Tell if Someone Is a Real Runner? Look At Their Face!

A while ago, I posted an entry on how there's no point in distinguishing "real" runners, and "fake runners". But it turns out, there is a distinguishing factor between the two: Glamour  shared with us that you can tell if someone is a runner by simply looking at their face. What should you look for?

The condition is called the "runner's face," and it affects many runners and intense exercisers. It is said that intense "athletes burn off fat beneath layers of their skin," and that the significant loss of volume makes a prominent appearance of the bones, accelerated development of loose skin, and deeper wrinkles

"What's making your legs hot, may make your face look, well, not"

Plastic surgeons say that many athletes are recommended to recieve botox and injectable fillers if they suffer cases of the "runner's face."

So maybe you don't exactly want to look like a runner... at least not your face.

What do you think? Do you exercise to the point of suffering the runner's face? Is it worth it?
