  • Making Homemade Apple Sauce

    Ok so I was told the way I make applesauce made it more difficult. I seem to disagree. SO here is a photo blog on how I make it. I did not put photos of the jars up cause honestly I am to lazy to go into the kitchen and take a photo of them. 

    1. Cut and quarter apples. put in pan with about 1/8 of the apple in water. Not much water is needed. you are basically steaming them,

    2. Steam your apples this takes me about 20-30 mins, depending on the type of apple but this is a full stock pot of apples. about 10-15 lbs. you want them MUSHY..
