  • Advice: How Do You Workout After an Injury?

    "I broke my left big toe about a month ago. I didn't have access to a gym this summer, so my workout plans were to run and do some workout DVDs at home. While my toe is a lot better now, it still gets kind of sore if I walk too much during the day, etc.

    I really want to start working out again, but I know running would be painful, and I'm worried about the amount of jumping involved in workout DVDs.

    Does anyone have any recommendations for things I could do that would be easy on my feet? And how long does a damn broken toe take to fully heal?"
