GRAPPLES: Grape Flavored Apples
As a society, we're taking multi-tasking to a new level. According to MarketWatch, the seasonal treat known as Grapples (pronounced grape-ells) are becoming increasingly popular.
What are they? Grape flavored apples!
Grapples are sold from October until May. The unique fruit is made from Washington State Gala apples and Fuji apples, which are then drenched in a mix of Concord grape flavor and water. The apples remain their natural color--red.
