Get Your Workout on... IN BED!
I have a confession to make.
I am oddly infatuated with Giuliana Rancic.
This is partially because of her show, Giuliana and Bill... partially to do with her E! personality... but mostly to do with her awesome site, FabFitFun.
Giuliana has found an awesome way to combine staying awesome, healthy and fabulous through her site and email list - which I'm a part of.
Yesterday's email focused on getting in shape ... all right from your bed.
Okay, pervs - I'm not talking about getting in shape in THAT way!
Instead, the FabFitFun email showed three great videos highlighting how to do simple workouts all right from your mattress. My favorite was the ab workout, so now I'm bringing it to you!

Bloody hell, I was hoping this was a blog about how to simply sleep, and get a good workout by doing so. After all, I am lazy as fuck.

i feel like, during the first 30 seconds, she was trying really hard not to laugh.
Impossible on a water bed.
Definitely thought this was going to be able the health benefits of regular sex haha
I have done yoga positions and stretches on my bed (which is a futon mattress with egg crate/memory foam topper on the floor). I'd probably be better off if I did that every morning when I woke up instead of turning on the news and curling in my covers for a half hour.
I think that a lot of the ppl that read the title thought 'Alright sex!' lmao

damnit! haha jokes.. Isn't it kinda obvious these workouts (which are allready known) can also be done on a bed?
i would imagine that it would be bad for your body to do some of these exercises on a bed.
Oh God. I HATE Giuliana Rancic. I stopped reading, sorry lol. She looks like a Velociraptor. All she has to do is gain 5 pounds, darken her hair, and chop it up to shoulder length. She'd stop looking like a damn bird monster.
MILF !!! Crazy, crazy, MILF. She has the classic corporate HR blonde look. She appears like she could switch suddenly from being the woman who would be your complete love slave ... to being the woman giggling hysterically and nervously over your dying body after she poured poison in your coffee.
Anyways ... I would never do punches in bed like she is doing. I'm sure it works for her but I have no interest in punching the air on my knees on my bed. Different strokes for different folks.
However, I do leg lifts and many types of stretches in bed for up to 30 - 45 minutes because it really feels like it does a much better job than if I try to do them on a Yoga mat on a hard, unyielding floor. Plus ... after I get done with all of that, I can PTFO for an hour.

it sounds like she is already running out of breath after 2 minutes
she's fit and ran out of breath so quickly, so the people, whom aren't in shape or fat would have a more difficult time doing these exercises in bed.

first thing i noticed is how soft and cushy her bed looks. -_-
looks like pretty low intensity work out compare to "THAT" way lol
